Avoiding Loneliness When You Work Alone

The Business Stylist® Podcast Episode 35

Most people who dream of starting their own coaching or consulting business, fantasize about having the freedom to do the work they want, when they want. They relish the idea of no longer having to report to a boss, or to do work they’re not passionate about. They look forward to calling all the shots and having full control over how they spend their time, the clients they take on, and the work they do. But what many people aren’t prepared for is the fact that they’ll be spending much of their time working alone. For some people, that can get awfully lonely. If you’re more of a social butterfly than an introvert, there are some things you’ll want to consider to make sure you enjoy your coaching or consulting business. And, so you can avoid loneliness and distractions that may prevent you from succeeding. In this episode I share how you can avoid loneliness, even if you’re working alone all day.
