Very often when I’m working with a new client, and we get to the point where I ask them what type of service they’d like to offer, their response is: I don’t want to work one-on-one. I want to work with groups. Or, I want to offer a virtual program. They want to leverage. I get it. The idea of leverage is very attractive. It enables you to earn more money because you can serve more people. However, it’s not the best way to start.
