Hope Makes Me Happy [Video]

HopeVideo

I’ve made no bones about the fact that after a rough couple of years, I’ve experienced a transformation of sorts, and much happiness, courtesy of my puppy, Hope. Last week I decided to honor her for the gifts she’s given me by entering a video in the Petco Great Ones contest. If you’d like to see my video tribute to Hope, you can watch it below.

  1. Wow, Hope is so beautiful and I’m so glad you’re not as sad as you were. It’s hard to lose a pet, as they become a part of our family. When my cat died many years ago, I would keep seeing her out of the corner of my eye but when I’d turn my head I’d realize it was memories conjuring her.

  2. Hi Debbie – awwwwwwwwww!!! Thanks for sharing your puppy story. Goldies are the loveliest dogs. Mine was even allowed into shops when other dogs weren’t and he made friends everywhere he went – because he was just a great big, friendly, lazy sooky wilf!

  3. Hi Debbie….What a beautiful trubute to your gorgeous dog-friend. I am in tears after finishing watching the vid. What a lovely idea to make that video…your dog sure is well cared for and loved. It is nice to see you in your natural environment….you are a very authentic person Debbie…thanks for sharing. Sue x

  4. Lucky Hope. Lucky you. Lucky us. Thanks for sharing this next chapter of your life with us. Make me want to go out and get a dog (which, no kidding, I’m going to speak with my husband about right now.)

  5. I had a rough couple of years myself, and last Christmas my son brought me a kitty that he rescued. The poor thing was so sickly, the vet didn’t think he’d ever reach full size. But he’s doing so fantastic! He’s full size, happy, and just really turned my blue days away. It’s amazing what unconditional love from a pet can do. 🙂 Congrats on your puppy… he’s lucky to have you 🙂
