What if I don’t have a process I can use to create my signature coaching or consulting program?
Coaches and consultants should not be selling their time, yet far too many are. Instead of selling your time by the hour, month, or any other term, you should develop a program to sell instead.
The best way to develop a program, with a fixed price and term, is to base it on a successful process you’ve used with your clients.
That program, or signature program as I like to call it, should be designed to solve the problems your ideal clients have. That way you can market a solution to your clients, instead of selling your time.
Independent coaches and consultants often say to me, “But what if I don’t have a process?”
I would argue every coach or consultant has a process. They just need to uncover it.
